ETHICS – These are standards principles and broad guidelines we must observe in the office

Regulates personal behaviors, - you must be consistence, you must be predictable,- you must package yourself and attach a price to it and it must sell.
UNDERSTANDING YOUR Boss
- Do not rebel against your Boss
- Receive your leasers as a precious gift from your Boss and expect everything your Boss says to be a personal word from above for you.
- Pray for your leaders especially the top Executives in the office
Arrive early
- Speak well of your leaders in the office, honor the leadership
- Flow with your leader: Vision do not fight what God has called your leader to do
- Respect and honor the spouses of your leader, i.e. give soft, be willing to assist etc.,
Share ideas with your leader on how to move the Company forward or enhance the vision.
ASSISTANCE TO LEADERSHIP
- Genuinely admiration for leadership
- Do not condemn your leader
- When moving to another department as Staff? HOD prepare handover notes
- Complimentary remarks should not be flattery.
- You must take instructions from your leaders.
- Give encouragement to leadership i.e. Smile, clap, shout of praise etc.
- Do not be engaged in eye service
- Be a person that leadership can depend on
MANAGEMENT MEETINGS
- Difference in opinion must not become personal difference
- Office hostilities must be minimized Do not rebuke one another sharply.
- Reward efforts with commendation
- Interpersonal issues must be dealt with amicably
RESPONSIBILITY TO COLLEAGUES
- Relate to fellow workers as partners in the office
- Do not critics one another in public
- Refrain from speaking negatively
DEVELOP YOURSELF
- Maintain physical and emotional health through regular exercise
- Continue to grow through personal study (career wise)
- Manager time well by balancing personal obligation, office duties and family responsibilities
- Hang around achievers (those who challenge your life and ask questions
- Except great things from God.
FINANCIAL CONDUCT
- Do not live above your income
- Invest e.g shares, real estate
- Do not make financial decisions hastily.
- Do not borrow from church members.
ETHICS FOR DEPARTURES/RESIGNATION
- Give ample notice of your intention to leave the office
- Resignation must not be surprise, move, discuss with your Boss
- Be grateful to the Organization you depart from
After leaving speak well about the firm you left
